  1. All product is sold by description only (weight and volumes are approximate).

  2. Delivery of our products to you is at our absolute discretion. Delivery times and dates are on a “best efforts” basis only. Delivery means to the inside of your front boundary of your driveway closest to the nearest street (bulka bags are tipped). Our friendly staff will try to place the product as close as possible to your desired location at their discretion. All risks remain with the property owner for all deliveries, including any made beyond the front boundary.

  3. If you ask us for a measurement comparison, you agree that this is for your reference only.

  4. Firewood is a natural product with inherent variations and is sold on an ‘as is’ basis which can be inspected at our premises prior to purchase. We go to great lengths to source the very best products for our customers. Wood availability is dependent on seasonality and supplier availability. As a result, not all goods are exactly as pictured on our site and our social media. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and our products.

  5. We make every reasonable effort to supply 100% Ironbark or Buloke product. Due to the nature of firewood production by our suppliers, however, up to 15-20% of other hardwoods may be included in any bag / delivery due to Queensland weather impacting our supply chain.

  6. While every effort is made to provide you with dry wood, we cannot guarantee that the product has not been exposed to wet weather prior to your purchase. If you have any concerns about the wood, we recommend that you visit the yard to inspect it prior to your purchase.

  7. Information collected on any of our websites or in person may be used for advertising and promotional purposes. If you don’t wish to be contacted about our promotions, please let us know.

  8. Any personal information collected by us will not be shared with any third party unless legally required by government agencies or laws.

  9. All order requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us, at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

  10. If you wish to alter or cancel your order, please do so by contacting us by phone or in person. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we cannot guarantee changes to deliveries (including to the delivery address), or cancellations.

  11. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, where the product is not as described, we offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). To receive a refund, we require you to deliver to us the original product in its original condition (including volume). Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of product to you if the original product is more than lightly used, disposed of or images are unavailable.

    Any refunds will be processed via the same method of payment.

    We endeavour to be available by phone to answer any of your concerns or questions regarding our product.

  12. We accept Visa, MasterCard or cash. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
